Technical Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Reliability Engineer to contribute to the success and growth of a modern organisation in Telford. As a key member of the manufacturing engineering team, you will play a crucial role in providing world-class leading service and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing a reliability management program to drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability and machine availability
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver capital & process improvement projects that enhance equipment reliability and machine availability
  • Investigating failures to determine root causes and implementing corrective actions
  • Leading Criticality Assessment and Risk-Based Maintenance analysis teams to develop optimal maintenance strategies
  • Reviewing and updating Preventive Maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Delivering training on Root Cause Failure Analysis to maintenance technicians and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • HNC / Degree education in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, focusing on reliability and maintenance engineering
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively
  • Experience in advanced Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving
  • Familiarity with condition-based monitoring techniques is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in automation / controls using Siemens PLC, HMI & robotic systems
  • Able to work a double day shift pattern Monday to Friday
