Job Overview

CityFibre is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our growing team. As a key member of our Procurement function, you will play a vital role in sourcing goods and services across a range of third-party suppliers, as well as managing existing contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify cost-saving initiatives across the department prior to contract renewals of our existing supply chain
  • Support a defined set of categories, with flexibility to lend assistance to other areas as needed
  • Vendor management of existing suppliers, including negotiation and onboarding of new suppliers
  • Ensure transparency throughout the procurement process, both internally and externally, in line with CityFibre's policies

Requirements

  • Previous experience of the tender process from end-to-end
  • Exposure to supplier selection through a tender process
  • Vendor management in both risk mitigation and KPI review meetings
