About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Provide CIC. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to our patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake comprehensive assessments of patients, using investigative and analytical skills to formulate individualized management plans.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, using clinical reasoning and a wide range of treatment skills and options.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and carers, ensuring understanding of their condition and rehabilitation processes.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide seamless care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service development projects and audits.
Requirements
  • HPC Registered Physiotherapist Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy.
  • A minimum of 18 months postgraduate experience as a physiotherapist, with some NHS experience.
  • Physiotherapy knowledge and experience in musculoskeletal, neurology, Orthopaedics, and elderly care specialities.
  • Knowledge of the Primary Care and healthcare services within the Community.
  • Understanding of the audit process.
