Job Title: Bar Team Member

We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Team Member to join our team at Sailors Arms. As a Bar Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving high-quality food and drink, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage every guest, ensuring they have a memorable experience at our venue.
  • Prepare and serve our high-quality food and drink, making recommendations that elevate guest experiences.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to our high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
