Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our Pathology service at Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the service and providing professional leadership and guidance to all pathology staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement plans for the provision of pathology services across the Trust
- Lead and manage a team of clinical staff to deliver high-quality, safe, and cost-effective services
- Work closely with the Clinical Group Director and Care Group Director of Operations to achieve strategic objectives
- Drive innovation and improvement in pathology services, identifying opportunities for growth and development
