We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of to join our team at Friends, a fourth-generation family business producing high-quality own-label products for many of the UK's best-known retailers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compelling long-term plans to support the success of our day-to-day natural work team and ensure we are focused on our key strategic priorities.
  • Manage and accuracy of the commercial forecast change process, capturing and communicating all changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Active management and full accountability of all financial metrics to the agreed minimum gross margin %.
  • Lead the creation of account strategies, management of NPD & EPD launches, end-to-end activity, promotional and pricing strategies, including the management of cost and flow through models.
  • Take a keen interest in developing the individuals in your team, implementing a development plan for each, tailored to suit their needs and aspirations.
Requirements
  • Experience within FMCG & Food Manufacturing.
  • High commercial acumen and numerical ability to facilitate effective decision making.
  • Strong organisational, presentation, and project management skills.
  • High performance who is a passionate team player, effective leader, and with a desire to drive change and improvement.
