Job Title: Teaching Assistant - EYFS Pupil with SEND Needs

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to support an EYFS pupil with SEND needs. The successful candidate will work closely with the pupil, teachers, and other support staff to provide a safe and inclusive learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide individualized support to the pupil with speech and language needs
* Assist with implementing strategies to promote positive behavior and attention
* Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans
* Communicate effectively with parents and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and progress

**Requirements:**

* Experience working with children with SEND needs
* Ability to encourage positive behavior and implement effective strategies
* Calm and nurturing approach
* Good literacy and numeracy skills
* High expectations of children and themselves
* Flexibility, creativity, and enthusiasm
