Job DescriptionThis role requires a seasoned Enterprise Sales Director to lead a high-performing sales team, leveraging their expertise to drive revenue growth and improve existing processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering against aggressive but attainable sales targets, establishing and iterating on sales processes, and providing guidance, coaching, and support to their team.
Responsibilities- Sales Leadership: Lead a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth and improving existing processes.
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement sales processes to drive consistent and predictable results.
- Talent Development: Hire and develop top sales talent, focusing on individual and collective success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions that drive meaningful business value for our customers.
- Reporting and Insights: Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to senior leadership.
- Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 per year based on experience.
- Equity Participation: Eligible for company stock options and equity participation in our growing company.
