Job Overview


D R Newitt & Associates is seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Manager to join their team in Norfolk. This exciting opportunity allows the successful candidate to take on a leadership role, driving maintenance excellence and contributing to the company's growth.



Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement best practice maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure optimal performance.
  2. Create and manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules, ensuring timely execution and compliance with industry standards.
  3. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Maintenance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  4. Prepare annual Maintenance budgets and forecasts, as well as Capital Expenditure proposals, guaranteeing adherence to regulatory requirements.


Requirements:

  1. Proven management experience, preferably in the manufacturing or chemicals sector.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  3. Extensive knowledge of technical areas and people management/project leadership abilities, gained through experience in industries like Chemicals, Renewables, Oil and Gas, Power Generation, and Manufacturing.
  4. A strong Mechanical background, with a solid understanding of maintenance processes and procedures.


Benefits:

  1. A competitive salary package, including a base salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum.
