Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our dynamic team at Qualiteach Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to thrive in their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and group support to pupils with a range of SEN, ensuring they receive the personalized support they need to succeed.
- Assist in delivering engaging lessons, adapting materials, and ensuring students can participate fully in their learning.
- Promote independence and encourage pupils to develop life skills and confidence, working closely to build their independence.
- Implement strategies to promote positive behavior and help manage challenging situations in a calm and supportive manner.
- Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

- A full-time role with a regular schedule, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm.
