Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Consultant to join our dynamic team and work closely with a variety of Real Estate clients to advise on the delivery of Net Zero and ESG strategies.

You will have the opportunity to work as part of a client-side team, representing the client on projects and implementing efficiency measures to achieve the highest levels of sustainability across landmark building portfolios.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience using energy simulation software, ideally IES
  • Demonstrate experience in the design and delivery of energy analysis, legislative compliance, and energy auditing
  • Evident passion to drive energy efficiency within the built environment
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment and work individually
  • Experience designing HVAC systems in the commercial property sector
  • Working knowledge of building certification standards like BREEAM, LEED, WELL or Fitwel
  • Working experience of conducting advanced data analytics including energy modelling and life cycle analysis (LCA)
