Job Title: Caregiver Support Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Caregiver Support Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for designing daily schedules that cater to the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs of our residents.
This includes planning activities such as floristry and folk music events. You will need to consider the diverse needs of individuals in a group situation and be aware of everyone's personal care requirements. Providing meaningful activities is essential in enhancing our residents' quality of life, and it is crucial to understand their likes and dislikes.
You will also receive regular feedback from residents and provide activity reports to the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement daily schedules for residents
- Plan and coordinate activities and events
- Provide support and assistance to residents
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective care delivery
- Document and report on resident activities and feedback
What We Offer:
- An hourly rate of £12 per hour
- Shift times include 10:00am - 18:00pm and 11:00am - 19:00pm
