We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Associate Dentist to join our team at Rodericks Dental Partners. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

About the Role

As a Lead Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for leading a team of dental professionals and providing clinical guidance and support. You will work closely with our Practice Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the practice and contribute to the development of our clinical team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing clinical leadership and guidance to the dental team
  • Developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures
  • Conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
  • Collaborating with our Practice Manager to achieve practice goals and objectives
  • Participating in peer review and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC)
  • Experience in a similar role or as a senior associate dentist
  • Excellent clinical and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
