Retail Store Operations Manager

Thames Hospice is a leading charity that provides specialist palliative and end-of-life care to patients and their families. We are excited to announce the opening of a brand-new charity superstore in Reading, which will serve as a retail hub for furniture, homewares, fashion, and more.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superstore Manager to join our Retail team, reporting to our Commercial Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all departments within the superstore, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, managing multiple departments, and driving business growth. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
