We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Nviro. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of our sites, including Osbourne House in East Cowes.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleaning and a strong work ethic. You will be working independently, but as part of a larger team, to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Your role will involve cleaning visitor toilets, as well as other areas of the site, and will require you to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts.

We offer a competitive pay rate of £12.75 per hour, paid 4-weekly, as well as a range of benefits, including a Real Living Wage Employer status, a Recommend a Friend scheme, and access to 24/7 GP service and dental benefit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain visitor toilets and other areas of the site
  • Work independently, but as part of a larger team, to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts
  • Meet customer expectations and respond to queries from site management
