Maintenance Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Priory Group. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and appearance of our services, ensuring that our buildings and facilities are well-maintained and meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake regular inspections of buildings, equipment, fixtures, and fittings to identify areas for improvement.
  • Carry out routine and unplanned maintenance operations to ensure minimal disruption to our services and compliance with operational standards and statutory regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with our maintenance teams to maintain the highest possible standards of maintenance and repair.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our maintenance procedures and protocols.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in building and grounds maintenance.
  • Full, clean driving license.
  • Committed and enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Able to use own initiative and work independently.
  • Excellent organizational capability and effective communication skills.
  • Flexibility and a strong 'can do' attitude.
