Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Quality Analyst to join our team at NHBC. As a key member of our Construction Quality Services (CQS) team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality construction reviews and initiatives that impact the industry.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in reviewing and recording build quality, including CQRs and bespoke quality inspections.
  • Coordinate and plan work to maximize efficiency and benefit.
  • Ensure compliance with NHBC and HSE requirements for personal safety and that of others.
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of house-building technologies, methods, and materials.
Requirements
  • Completed or working towards a construction-related qualification, such as City and Guilds, HNC, HND, or NVQ.
  • Membership of a recognized professional institute, such as CIOB or CABE, is beneficial.
  • Full driving license, as frequent travel is required.
