About the Role

FIND Recruitment are working with a DfE accredited, Ofsted outstanding training provider to recruit an Early Years Apprenticeship Tutor. This hybrid role offers a great balance of home working and learner visits across the Bristol area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct skills reviews with apprentices and employers to identify gaps and develop individualized training plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform regular workplace observations.
  • Deliver high-quality training, including functional skills, to meet awarding body standards.
  • Assess skills and behaviours, providing constructive feedback via the ePortfolio system.

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
