About the Role



  • Deliver mail and parcels to our customers with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Operate a company vehicle safely and efficiently.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve excellent customer service standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes.

About You



  • You have a strong sense of customer service and a passion for delivering excellent experiences.
  • You are a confident and skilled driver with a full UK manual driving license.
  • You are physically fit and able to walk long distances in all weather conditions.
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
