Operations Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team at Trinity Personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Prepare and distribute reports, documents, and presentations
  • Process and authorize sales invoices, and communicate with customers
  • Handle PCN/parking violations and supplier damage estimates
  • Provide administrative support to the plant team and directors
  • Ensure effective communication between departments
  • Comply with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience, preferably in the Fleet/Plant Hire sector
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong data entry and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask

Working Hours and Salary:

Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00, with a competitive salary up to £28,000.
