Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our team in the Norwich office.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of projects from handover through to completion.

About the Role:

  • Manage project delivery schedules, identifying critical path items and capturing all QA/QC elements.
  • Ensure company financial management systems are current and reflect actual progress and forecast costs at an individual project level.
  • Act as a mentor to graduates and/or project engineers within the team, developing their skills and competence to higher levels.
  • Deal with both the commercial and technical aspects of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take personal responsibility for all Quality, Health and Safety aspects of those projects for which you have responsibility.
  • Identify risk such as commercial, contractual, design, schedule and make assessment of such risk and minimise its impact on the business.
  • Provide drive and energy for the completion of all allocated projects/project.

About You:

  • You will require a qualification in a relevant Engineering/Mechanical/Electrical discipline.
  • A minimum of five years experience of relevant or similar role with proven success.
  • Experience of successful client-facing interactions.
