About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate or Director to lead our Building Structures team in Leeds. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding the growth and development of our Structures team, working closely with other team leaders to drive business growth and development.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow the Leeds Structures team, in conjunction with other discipline team leaders and their growth strategies.
  • Raise the profile and reputation of Ramboll's multi-disciplinary capability in the regional market, the UK, and internationally.
  • Market our offering extensively via networking, business-to-business meetings, seminars, thought leadership, and general business development.
  • Win and deliver projects profitably and to the satisfaction of our clients.
  • Be responsible for the financial performance of a portfolio of projects.
  • Develop a strategy for growth, comprising technical excellence, digital working, work winning, our people, and our sustainability goals.
  • Attract talented recruits to grow a skilled, innovative, efficient, and highly regarded team.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate or Director with a degree in Structural Engineering and Chartered Engineer status. You will have a proven track record of delivering major projects, a strong understanding of the regional market, and a notable profile and reputation as a highly regarded Structural Engineering Associate or Director.
