We are seeking a highly skilled Block Manager / Site Manager to join our team at Sphere Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a flagship scheme in Bristol, overseeing one of several high-rise blocks of accommodation.

### Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the construction and maintenance of high-rise blocks of accommodation
* Report to a site-based Project Lead and roaming Senior Management
* Collaborate with a large Main Contractor with a solid reputation delivering major schemes

### Ideal Candidate

* Good Main Contractor experience and a proven work history across Internals
* Previous experience on Student Accommodation projects is advantageous
* Strong communication and leadership skills
