Location: Haverfordwest

Hours per Week: 18 hours minimum

Working Pattern: Weekdays, 9am-3pm (including sleep shift), one shift per week, day to be confirmed, flexibility to provide additional support during school holidays

Pay: £15.14-£16.50 per hour (weekdays), £22.71-£24.75 per hour (bank holidays), £11.42 per hour (sleep shifts)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and patient Female Support Worker to join our team at CASE MANAGEMENT CYMRU. The successful candidate will work with a 13-year-old girl who has complex needs, including cognitive difficulties, cerebral palsy, and autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and care to the service user
  • Assist with daily living tasks and activities
  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the service user
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the service user's needs are met

Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including sleep shifts
