Job Title: Chemotherapy Scheduler

We are seeking a skilled Chemotherapy Scheduler to join our team at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling chemotherapy appointments, ensuring patient documentation is accurate, and maintaining a high level of organization in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling chemotherapy appointments and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinating with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth treatment delivery
  • Managing patient documentation and ensuring confidentiality

Requirements:

  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills
  • Phased training program to be completed within 1 to 6 months
  • Working knowledge of the Kent Oncology Management System or equivalent
