We are KM Recruitment, a specialist recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors in the UK. Our team is looking for an exceptional Warehouse Tutor / Assessor to join us in Oxfordshire, someone who can deliver high-quality training and assessments to learners in a group setting.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Teaching and assessing learners in a group setting, covering Level 1 and Level 2 Warehousing Certificates
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with learners, employers, and other stakeholders
  • Contributing to the development of curriculum materials and resources

Essential Criteria:

  • Level 3 teaching qualification or equivalent
  • Recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA
  • Solid experience in a warehousing environment
  • Flexibility to travel to different locations

Compensation Package:

The salary for this position is around £27,000 per year, plus additional benefits such as holiday pay, equipment, and pension. Successful applicants will be notified within 4 working days after review of applications.
