We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Architect to join our team at Zynga. As a key member of our architecture team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the technical architecture for our next-generation games using the Unreal Engine.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement the technical architecture for our games on mobile and PC platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, art, and engineering, to ensure that our games meet the highest quality and performance standards.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and code reviews.
  • Work with our server technology team to ensure seamless integration between client-side and server-side technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in game development and architecture, and apply this knowledge to improve our game development processes.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in game development, with a focus on architecture and technical leadership.
  • Deep understanding of game development pipelines, including asset creation, animation, and rendering.
  • Experience with Unreal Engine, including C++ programming and Blueprints.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with mobile and PC game development.
  • Knowledge of game development tools, including Maya, 3ds Max, and Substance Painter.
  • Experience with cloud-based services, including AWS and Azure.
