General Farm Workers / Spray Operators at Ethero
Job Description:
As a General Farm Worker / Spray Operator with Ethero, you will play a critical role in the successful growth and harvest of our crops. Your responsibilities will include operating farm equipment, spraying and applying chemicals, and ensuring the timely delivery of crops to market.

The estimated salary for this position is £11.50 - £13.30 per hour, based on your skills and experience.

Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain farm equipment to ensure efficient crop management
• Apply chemicals to control pests and weeds, adhering to safety protocols
• Transport and deliver crops between locations using designated vehicles
• Assist with general farm duties, including mowing and shredding

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Valid rights to work in the UK
• Category B (Car) Driving License
• Spray Qualifications - PA1 & PA2 (desirable)
• Strong communication skills and good understanding of English
