Location: Rugby

Estimated Salary: £11.94 per hour

Hours: 32 hours per week

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our St Cross Hospital branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist pharmacists in dispensing activities and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Implement company SOPs, Information Governance policies, and procedures to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Develop positive working relationships with colleagues and external partners.
  • Sell medicines and merchandise while adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Manage pharmaceutical and OTC stock efficiently, minimizing waste and ensuring optimal inventory levels.
  • Adhere to security procedures, particularly for controlled drugs and cash handling.

Requirements:

  1. NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course (Buttercups)
  2. Prior experience in a customer-focused environment, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
