We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Debt Recovery Administrator to join our team at Southeastern. As a key member of our Debt Recovery team, you will play a crucial role in providing effective office-based support and assisting with the day-to-day administration of our debt recovery operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to our customers and stakeholders, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Process and manage debt recovery cases, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of court documents, as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all debt recovery activities, including correspondence and communication with customers.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of debt recovery activities.
- Proven experience in office administration, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
