About the Role:
We are seeking a talented AI Developer to join our team at Be Technology Careers. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop AI/ML Models: You will design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and algorithms to address business needs, leveraging your expertise in machine learning and data analysis.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems or develop new AI-driven products, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Monitor and Improve AI Model Performance: You will monitor the performance of AI models post-deployment and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and ML.
- Leverage LLMs for Code Generation and Optimization: You will utilize large language models (LLMs) to assist in automating and optimizing code generation, reducing development time and improving efficiency.
- Develop Tools and Workflows Powered by LLMs: You will develop tools and workflows powered by LLMs to support software engineers in debugging, refactoring, and enhancing code quality, driving productivity and innovation.
- Implement LLM-Based Solutions for Documentation and Code Review: You will implement LLM-based solutions to streamline documentation creation, code review processes, and knowledge sharing across teams, facilitating collaboration and knowledge transfer.
- Document Technical Processes and Present Findings: You will document technical processes and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, communicating complex ideas effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for a skilled AI Developer with the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in Programming Languages: You should have proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, with experience in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with Data Analysis and Visualization: You should have experience with data analysis and visualization tools like NumPy, pandas, and Matplotlib, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets.
- Knowledge of Large Language Models: You should have knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and their applications in natural language processing, text generation, and code completion.
Salary Range:
The salary range for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
