We are recruiting for an Engineering Maintenance Technician to join our team at Wills Consultants Ltd. This role is a great opportunity for someone with equivalent qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical engineering to work on maintenance functions and automation within Engineering.

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of maintenance procedures, good understanding of automation, and be able to work effectively in a shift-based environment with 2 x 12-hour days and 2 x 12-hour nights, resulting in 6 days off per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of engineering equipment and machinery
  • Supporting the engineering team in resolving technical issues
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:

  • Equivalent to an NVQ/C&Gs/BTEC Level 2 or higher in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
  • Good knowledge of maintenance functions and automation

About the Role:

This position offers a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, and benefits from a generous holiday allowance and opportunities for career development.
