Senior Structural Engineer

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our team at Penguin Recruitment. As a key member of our Civil and Structural Engineering consultancy, you will be responsible for undertaking structural designs on large projects across various sectors, including commercial, residential, industrial, and educational.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Undertake structural designs using design software
* Analyze and report on structural faults and remediation
* Supervise engineers and technicians
* Represent the company at meetings and liaise with consultants, clients, and contractors

**Requirements**

* Relevant first-class degree (e.g., MEng or BEng)
* Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Structural design
* Working towards chartership status (ICE or IStructE) or chartered membership
* Full UK driving license
* Design experience in materials including concrete, steel, timber, and masonry
