Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Kaizen Global. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initial brief to snag completion, working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients to take a detailed brief and set their expectations
  • Carry out site surveys and advise on best practice for each project
  • Book installers and sub-contractors for work, as well as their travel and accommodation
  • Liaise with internal and external parties throughout the project lifecycle
  • Continuously update the client at every check point
  • Overcome any obstacles or snags that arise throughout the project

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience as a project/account manager within the signage, shop fitting, commercial interiors or manufacturing industries
  • Experience with estimating software is highly desirable
  • Confident communicator and able to deal with various external parties
  • Experience in producing RAMs and H&S reports
  • Knowledge of signage, Graphics, perm/semi-perm fixtures, Woodwork, Metalwork and Glass
