We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Operations Manager to join Tarmac Trading Limited. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and dynamic leader to make a real impact on our maintenance operations.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and ambitious individual with excellent leadership skills and a passion for continuous improvement. They will have a proven track record of successfully leading teams and implementing process improvements, resulting in improved efficiency and productivity.

This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and 25 days annual leave.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Leading a team of maintenance professionals to ensure effective delivery of maintenance operations
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Maintaining high levels of safety and compliance within the maintenance operations

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field
  • At least 5 years' experience in a maintenance leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
