Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced External Communications and Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team at our Sheffield office. The successful candidate will be responsible for building our visibility, influence, and impact globally as a skills sector leader.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement engaging thought-leadership campaigns and content to promote NOCN Group's expertise and skills solutions.
- Build and maintain our brand by sharing stories that bring our social purpose as a specialist skills charity to life, differentiating us from competitors.
- Maximise our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, and X) as key communications and engagement channels.
- Develop and manage corporate website content, ensuring it is a 'shop window' for diverse audiences and optimised for traffic, engagement, and conversion.
- Act as the 'eyes, ears, and voice' of the organisation as our in-house PR expert.
- Membership or qualification in Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) or Communication, Advertising and Marketing (CAM).
- Sector-specific knowledge and evidenced experience in at least one of our targeted sectors.
- Experience in B2B marketing and communications activities, including marketing plans and campaigns, and the use of social media.
- Ability to make considered judgments.
