We are seeking an experienced Montessori Educator to join our dedicated team at Buttercups Nursery. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality education and care to our children.
Job DescriptionThe primary role of the Montessori Educator is to create a supportive and engaging environment that fosters the cognitive, social, and emotional development of our children. You will be responsible for planning and implementing lesson plans, observing and recording child progress, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of Montessori principles and practices
- Experience working with children aged 0-5 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including:
