Role Overview

As an Electrical Control Systems Engineer, you will lead the full software development lifecycle, from design and development to testing and improvement of software solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing PLC software control systems
  • Creating technical documentation

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An HND or equivalent in electronic/electrical engineering or relevant working engineering experience
  • A minimum of five years of postgraduate work experience in a similar electrical design role
  • Experience in software programming with Danfoss, Codesys, and Siemens
  • The ability to read and create detailed electrical drawings
  • A detailed knowledge of current regulations and electrical design standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work well independently and in a team
  • Good technical drawing skills
  • Experience of drafting to electrical standards
