Nexgen Group is seeking a skilled Cleaning Operative to join our team in the PO13 area.

This part-time position involves maintaining a static site, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, handrails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames.
  • Sweep floors with brushes or dust control mops.
  • Mop floors with wet or damp mops.
  • Hover carpeted areas.
  • Empty waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points.
  • Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use.
  • Replenish consumable items such as soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels (if contractual).
  • Clean toilets, urinals, hand basins, and sinks.
  • Clean communal kitchen areas.

Requirements:

  • Prior professional cleaning experience is advantageous.
