About the Role
  • Provide personalized care and support to a Reception child, focusing on basic hygiene, feeding, and mobility.
  • Assist the child's learning and engagement with classroom activities, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Foster a positive, supportive environment within the education sector.
What We're Looking For
  • A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working with young children, ideally in a school or care setting.
  • A caring, patient, and empathetic approach to personal care and child development.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • An understanding of early years education and child development.
Estimated Salary Range: £85-£100 per day
