Mitie is seeking a seasoned Catering Supervisor to join our team at B&Q Swindon Distribution Centre. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and service
  • Manage stock controls, front-of-house operations, and cash handling
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar catering or food service role
  • Supervisory experience and strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety procedures
