Behavioural Assistant Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Behavioural Assistant to join our team at RIBBONS AND REEVES Primary School in Barnet. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students 1-to-1 and in small groups. The ideal candidate will be passionate about SEND education and eager to learn new skills.
The role involves working closely with teachers to develop strategies to support students inside and outside the classroom. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a SEND school and work with children who require additional support.
The successful candidate will have a First-Class Degree from a TOP-20 UK University and experience working with SEND children or behavioural difficulties. They will also be a strong, determined, and dedicated individual.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, based on a 5-day week. However, please note that this is a daily rate position, paid up to £106 per day via PAYE, inclusive of Holiday Pay. Our school has received an award and holds a ‘Good’ OFSTED rating.
