About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sampling and Preparation Analyst to join our team at Olympic Park, Dundonald, UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out sampling and sample preparation procedures in accordance with ASTM and ISO International Standards.
  • Work with the Deputy Sampling & Sample Prep Manager to ensure an effective and high-quality service is provided to meet reporting deadlines.
  • Ensure full compliance with the company's ISO 17025 accreditation, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 certifications.
Requirements
  • Highly organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong relationship building skills internally and externally.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work on own initiative in a dynamic work environment.
  • Positive 'can do' attitude.
  • Strong quality focus with a strive for excellence.
  • Team player with a willingness to take full ownership of the role.
  • Highly proficient IT skills - Microsoft and Google applications.
  • Full competency and understanding of Citrix.
  • Good numeracy skills.
Desirable
  • Minimum 1 year experience of inspection and sample preparation analysis, particularly working with coal/biomass and RDF business streams.
