Job Title: Senior Delivery Specialist - Operations Transformation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Delivery Specialist to join our Operations Transformation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business improvement and delivering high-impact projects that drive value for our organization.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in operations transformation, with experience in leading and delivering complex projects. You will be responsible for forming high-trust relationships with stakeholders and team members to foster adoption of new ways of working. You will also support the development of plans and delivery of improvement activities within Technology Centres, working with a variety of teams to facilitate and coach to influence stakeholders and improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business improvement and deliver high-impact projects that drive value for our organization.
  • Form high-trust relationships with stakeholders and team members to foster adoption of new ways of working.
  • Support the development of plans and delivery of improvement activities within Technology Centres.
  • Work with a variety of teams to facilitate and coach to influence stakeholders and improve business performance.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills - able to inspire, motivate and engage at all levels.
  • High emotional maturity and awareness of personal impact on others.
  • Experience of working within a Production or Operations environment to deliver improvements or change activities.
  • Has planned and led successful improvement activities, managing impacts on process, technology, information, governance and people/organisation.
  • Successful management of business change team activity across a change portfolio.
  • Application of Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant technical or management discipline.
