Job Title: Sales and Partnership Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Sales team at Buildots and play a key role in targeting new accounts within a defined territory. As a Sales and Partnership Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the first sale and initial expansion efforts into the named accounts, creating the basis for long-term relationships and substantial revenues.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Meet quarterly/yearly sales quota within prospective accounts
  2. Be comfortable with prospecting, outbound activities, and developing existing accounts
  3. Use a 'partnership' approach and work as a consultant to build trust and credibility with customers
  4. Map and develop existing customer base to grow partnership through added value
  5. Build, manage, and maintain the sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting
  6. Focused on building long-term relationships with customers
  7. Tenaciously follow through and prioritize customer needs in relation to sales opportunities for the company
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or ConTech
  2. Hunter and closer by heart
  3. Sensitive to customer and stakeholder business needs, great listening skills
  4. Strong sense of integrity demonstrated by the clarity of action
  5. Excellent stakeholder management and networking skills
  6. Understand what it takes to lead a client to full enterprise agreement
  7. Passionate about construction and/or technology and believe in the impact that using advanced technologies could bring the construction industry
  8. Determined and target-oriented
  9. Copes well under pressure
  10. Comfortable having conversations with a diverse range of customers across different roles, countries, and cultures in person, over the phone, or on video calls
  11. Good vibes and a sense of humor
