Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Chemotherapy Homecare Nurse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a home setting, working closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, administering medication, and monitoring their condition. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a valid registration with the NMC, a minimum of 2 years' experience in oncology nursing, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will also possess strong assessment and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of £32,696 - £35,860 per annum, depending on location and experience. In addition, we provide comprehensive training, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive team environment.
