Watch Control Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Stock Control & Dispatch Assistant to join our team at Watchfinder. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of stock and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate stock records, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
- Process stock requests and live orders efficiently, collaborating with the sales team to meet customer demands.
- Support the sales team with watch-related inquiries, providing expert knowledge and guidance.
- Conduct thorough stock audits, maintaining a zero-error rate and identifying areas for improvement.
- Identify and resolve problems efficiently, ensuring seamless stock management and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare watches for stock transfers to other Watchfinder boutiques, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain the general housekeeping of the stockroom and watches/boxes stored in the back office, adhering to high standards of organization and cleanliness.
- Book in returned watches, processing and storing them accurately.
About You
- Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise your own workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High levels of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy at all times and maintaining a meticulous approach to your work.
- Strong administration skills and competent using computer systems, with the ability to learn new software and processes quickly.
- The ability to work efficiently and effectively under tight time constraints, remaining calm and composed in pressurised situations.
- Methodical and process-driven in mindset and approach, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
- The ability to multi-task and communicate effectively, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- A positive 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge.
