Workforce Development Officer

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Recruitment Team at NHS Blood and Transplant, where you will play a key role in shaping our recruitment strategy and driving best practice across the organization.
Your responsibilities will include leading and managing all end-to-end recruitment activity for designated directorates and/or specialisms, as well as working closely with the Talent Brand & Attraction team to identify the best route-to-market strategy for 'hard-to-fill' vacancies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and selection techniques, as well as experience of talent management processes and strategies. They should also be highly proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
Key Requirements- Experience of sourcing, analysing and interpreting data and preparing reports/feedback on that data.
- Knowledge of using social media techniques within the recruitment process, recruitment employment law, data protection, diversity and equality legislation.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
We offer a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development and career progression.
