Red Rock Consultants Ltd is seeking a highly skilled M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their team. As a key member of the commercial department, you will be responsible for managing commercial and contractual functions across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and manage efficient commercial procedures across contracts.
- Manage additional works processes to identify and capture items over contract limits.
- Provide commercial insights, drive profitable growth, and support long-term goals.
- Support operations teams with contractual commercial requirements and implications.
- Develop and enforce commercial policies, procedures, and governance to manage risk.
- Lead contractual negotiations with the Senior Leadership Team.
- Assist in developing and managing commercial processes and procedures.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and reporting.
- Hold a HND/degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveying professional to grow and develop within the commercial department, with opportunities for career progression.
Requirements:- Computer literate with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in quantity surveying or a related field.
