CNC Machinist

Salary: Up to £65,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Holt Engineering is partnering with a leading precision engineering solutions provider to find a skilled CNC Miller with expertise in 5-axis programming.

1. Programming and operating CNC milling machines using Heidenhain and Hypermill offline programming software.
2. Setting up and operating 5-axis CNC milling machines to achieve high accuracy and precision.
3. Creating and optimizing CNC programs for complex components.
4. Ensuring adherence to quality standards and tolerances.
5. Collaborating with engineers and team members to develop and improve manufacturing processes.

1. Proven experience in CNC milling with a strong focus on 5-axis programming.
2. Proficiency in Heidenhain control language and Hypermill offline programming software.
3. In-depth knowledge of CNC machine tools and cutting processes.
